Guide
This studio matches volume in Year 5 and Year 6 (Iran grade 5, Afghanistan grade 6): volume is the number of unit cubes that fill a solid. If each cube has sides of 1 cm, its volume is 1 cubic centimetre.
In the building missions, tap the plan underneath: each tap puts one more cube on that square. The number on a square is how many cubes stand on it. After the most it can hold, it goes back to 0.
Common mistakes: counting only the cubes you can see (missing those behind and underneath), or counting the square faces. Show counting layer by layer: one layer = length × width, and volume = one layer × number of layers.
